A lot of the things we do effects our lower back and if you start experiencing aches in this area it’s not a pleasant feeling. There’s plenty that you can do to ensure that you don’t experience back aches that are severe. For women, one thing you can do is avoid wearing high heels at all times. This causes a lot of pressure on your lower back area. Other things that affect this problem are incorrect postures. If you lean towards your computer or slouch when working, eventually it’s your back that suffers.
Even walking postures need to be maintained. Apart from this make sure you sleep in a relaxed position rather than curling up because this can cause pain in your joints as well as lower back. Even exercising in the wrong position can add to your back problems so learn the right way of exercising before starting out.
