Arm fat is difficult to be lost but then proper strength exercises can result in loss of triceps fats with relative ease. People try various methods but they either get the number of reps wrong or perform the sets in a poor way. Moreover, they also fail to choose the correct exercises that are specifically suited for the arm.
Idea is to do certain exercises which are arm specific and put the entire load on it. An exercise tip is to make the flower pose with the fingers and use the so formed knuckles to take dips. The legs shall remain on a table and arms should go up and down. 6 to 12 reps are optimal. Less than that does not burn away the fat around the arms and more than that can lead to a lot of fatigue and cardiac issues.
Dumbbells tried over a 3 set regimen can effectively take away the fat as well.
