Most mammal species sleep several times throughout the day. So do humans, but you might not notice because it appears that only young children and the aged are the ones who most commonly take naps. However, it has been found that napping is actually quite good for us. Just a short 15 minute nap can give you renewed energy and dedication for your job. It is also good for heart health and stress levels.

Unfortunately, many employers look down on napping on the job. Hopefully, this will change and taking a brief nap at work can earn the respect that it rightfully deserves.
