Get some apple, grape, or orange juice. Pour the juice in a blender, add the fruits, some ice cubes and some yogurt. Blend it up, being careful that the ice and frozen fruits don’t damage your blender. In a few minutes you can have a healthy fruit drink that is not only easy to make but easy to drink and quite delicious.
