Stress is the number one enemy of both the soul and mind and is the cause of several problems such as hair loss, wrinkles, strokes, heart attack and several other conditions. In order to overcome these problems, you have to decompress yourself from all this stress in your mind. Stress do not only occur because of what is going on in your head such as work issues but also can happen due to lack of fresh air, exercise or may be due to your daily diet.

The first thing to do when dealing with stress is to try to find out what is stressing you so that you reduce it as much as you could but if you find out that it is too stressful for you to handle, you can go to your doctor for assistance. Another way to reduce stress is to walk at the park and to change your diet.

The first thing that you have to do when you are faced with a nosebleed is to stay calm as you take deep breath slowly.

Another way to stop nosebleed is to pinch your nose at the bridge where there is a vein just below the nose bone that is the cause of the nosebleed. Continue applying pressure to this point and do not release to check whether it is still bleeding.

It is therefore healthy to drink a lot of fluid if you want to keep stomach cold at bay.

In addition, you need to protect yourself from virus infection. Trigger Finger

Trigger finger is that snapping condition that occurs to any digit of the hand when you open or close the hand. In medical terms trigger finger is known as stenosing tenosynovitis. There are a number of symptoms of trigger finger and they develop when either the middle, ring, or index fingers attempts to contract close while gripping. Instead of having a smooth continuous closure, the digit stutters and then snaps closed. When you experience such finger closure, you will feel some pain particularly at the base of the digit on the palm of the hand. This is why trigger finger is known to affect the hand.

Trigger finger is caused by inflammation and swelling or scarring around the tendons and this normally pulls the affected finger towards the inside of the palm. In most cases, trigger finger occurs as an isolated condition and in some cases it is as a result of inflammation of tissues of the hand like the rheumatoid arthritis.

Tongue patches or White tongue is normally caused by different medical conditions. These causes include oral candidiasis, dehydration, leukoplakia, keratosis, debauch or jaundice. Drinking a lot of water will also help get rid of the patches that are caused by dehydration. Avoid using any inhalants if you are suffering from tongue patches.
