Panic attacks are sudden and arise when a person is not able to conceive a solution to a problem in the right manner. People suffering from panic attacks try to avoid socialising and take drugs for immediate cure. But drugs do not provide solution to this problem it only provides symptomatic relief such as sweating, stomach disorders etc.

The person suffering from panic attacks should not feel angry and frustrated when he faces an attack but instead try to take it as a challenge and calmly find a solution to the problem. Running away from the situation will only add to the problems as the mind will be convinced that it cannot handle the situation. The patient may also intake few deep breaths of air when he does not feel good and try to calm himself down. Once the patient learns the technique of finding solution to the problem and acting normally slowly his physical and mental health will improve leading to a healthier life.
