Most of us, do the common blunder, of not drinking enough fluid. As per doctor’s recommendation, it is important to drink at least 8glasses of water on a daily basis. Apart from that, one should also try and include fluids in their daily intake.
When our parents, used to ask us to include loads of fresh vegetables in our daily diet, they basically used to ward us off from such demons like constipation. Thanks to our present standard of living and lifestyle, we have shunned away from them. It is time, which we go back to eating leafy vegetables.
Including loads of fibres in daily diet is another great way to say good bye to constipation.
