Working out is always great. You release unwanted toxins from your body and keep yourself healthy. However, as you exercise, you are loosing a lot of water from your body through sweating and at times you might find yourself over doing this. You need to be properly hydrated when working out and this article will show you how.
To keep your body well hydrated during the exercise, take about two cups of water two hours before you start.
Always carry a water bottle when you go hiking, jogging or even walking and make sure you take about 5 ounces of the water every 20 minutes.
Also make sure you keep your body well hydrated even after the work out by taking water right after you have finished your exercise.
