Since our feet carry our body weight and we’re always on the move, it becomes important to care for your feet well. Irrespective of the type of shoes you wear feet care becomes an important part of life. Your feet’s health is a reflection of how much you really care about yourself.
If you hear heels day after day at work, you’re putting quite a bit of pressure on your feet, in case you wear flat and open slippers like flip flops or sandals, you subject your feet to tanning and dust exposure to such an extent that your feet can look dry and get wrinkled real quick apart from dirt collecting in your toenails.
When wearing socks and shoes, your feet could be sweating and in time it can cause severe toe jam problems. Make sure you wear cotton socks and not synthetic varieties.
Every time you wash your feet, ensure that you dry them well, especially between your toes because if water collects, you could be prone to skin conditions.
