Stomach cold or stomach flu is a disease that affects everyone regardless of the age or gender. This condition is caused by viruses of the food. Stomach cold can be treated using the following methods.
Maintaining a water-filled body – The most important ingredient in curing stomach cold is plenty of fluids. Sometimes we lose a lot of fluid due to vomiting, diarrhea, drinking less fluid or over sweating and this may lead to the rise in body salts or minerals such as electrolytes. It is therefore healthy to drink a lot of fluid if you want to keep stomach cold at bay.
Another way to stop stomach cold is to eat moderate foods. This involves eating those foods that are easy to digest like bananas, toast, rice, apples and meat soup. In addition, you need to protect yourself from virus infection. Since stomach flu is caused by viruses, it is advisable that you do not share the food, towels or drinks with someone who has stomach cold.

Trigger finger is that snapping condition that occurs to any digit of the hand when you open or close the hand. In medical terms trigger finger is known as stenosing tenosynovitis. There are a number of symptoms of trigger finger and they develop when either the middle, ring, or index fingers attempts to contract close while gripping. Instead of having a smooth continuous closure, the digit stutters and then snaps closed. When you experience such finger closure, you will feel some pain particularly at the base of the digit on the palm of the hand. This is why trigger finger is known to affect the hand.

Trigger finger is caused by inflammation and swelling or scarring around the tendons and this normally pulls the affected finger towards the inside of the palm. In most cases, trigger finger occurs as an isolated condition and in some cases it is as a result of inflammation of tissues of the hand like the rheumatoid arthritis.

Tongue patches can also be caused by excessive alcohol consumption and smoking. Steroid inhalers and some fluticasone asthma puffers also cause tongue patches.

Tongue patches come indifferent forms the most common being the Geographic tongue. In this case, bald patches that are normally surrounded by white lines appear on the surface of the tongue. The patches never stay on one place on the tongue. In the more severe cases the patches are normally red, cracked and painful. Since tongue patches may be caused by other underlying conditions, it is advisable to seek medical help the moment they appear. Drinking a lot of water will also help get rid of the patches that are caused by dehydration. Avoid using any inhalants if you are suffering from tongue patches.

Peptic ulcer disease symptoms vary from one person to the other and thus are not a reliable way to tell if you are suffering from ulcers. In addition, some people may not see any symptoms but this does not mean that they do not have ulcers. Peptic ulcer disease symptoms can be confused with other abdominal conditions like gaestrosophageal reflux disease (GERD) or dyspepsia. Some of the common ulcer symptoms include;
•	A burning pain that feels like you have hunger. This pain is felt at the navel between the breastbones.
•	Feeling some belly pain that lasts for some few minutes
•	Loss of appetite
•	Loss of weight

But remember the fact that body building alone is not sufficient you also need to intake large amount of proteins.

Different kinds of proteins are responsible for carrying out various processes of the body. First of all you should divide the exercise regime into different steps and should work towards it. Apart from that the intake of proteins should be regulated as the muscle building consumes lot of proteins.

According to new study you should consume one gram of protein for each pound of weight you have. The meals should be divided accordingly and a protein rich diet should be taken which includes eggs, meat and other sources of proteins. The breakfast can include eggs alongwith milk. The lunch includes chicken and other protein rich components.

People suffering from panic attacks try to avoid socialising and take drugs for immediate cure. But drugs do not provide solution to this problem it only provides symptomatic relief such as sweating, stomach disorders etc.

Overcoming panic attacks is very much possible. The person suffering from panic attacks should not feel angry and frustrated when he faces an attack but instead try to take it as a challenge and calmly find a solution to the problem. Running away from the situation will only add to the problems as the mind will be convinced that it cannot handle the situation. The patient may also intake few deep breaths of air when he does not feel good and try to calm himself down. Once the patient learns the technique of finding solution to the problem and acting normally slowly his physical and mental health will improve leading to a healthier life.

Hypertension may occur when the pressure of blood is greater than 120/80 mm of hg. Blood pressure is usually checked by an apparatus called sphygmomanometer. Hypertension is most commonly seen in adults. Hypertension may be of two types either essential or secondary hypertension.

Essential hypertension is seen in 80-90% of the patients. The most common causes of hypertension are smoking, diabetes, stress, obesity, age, excess alcohol consumption and physical inactivity. However the exact causes of hypertension lie unknown in most of the case. Hypertension can be treated based on the symptoms and causes and the most common drugs used are beta blockers, calcium channel blockers and ACE inhibitors. It is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle with good physical activity to prevent hypertension.

These raw foods contain wide range of vitamins and minerals which have disease curing abilities. These raw foods are easy to digest and help in building healthy body cells.

Raw food diet is very effective when it comes to weight management and boosting the immunity system. It is also necessary to note that the raw food diet should be as organic as possible since chemical destroys the vitamins of the food. The dead food or the heated cooked raw food is not as good as the raw food but not harmful as well. It should be avoided only because of the fact that cooked food brings down the percentage of minerals and vitamins to fifteen percent of the original content which makes it much more inferior in terms of raw food. Moreover, the body takes much more time to digest cooked food over raw food.
