In order to overcome these problems, you have to decompress yourself from all this stress in your mind. Stress do not only occur because of what is going on in your head such as work issues but also can happen due to lack of fresh air, exercise or may be due to your daily diet. </p>
<p>The first thing to do when dealing with stress is to try to find out what is stressing you so that you reduce it as much as you could but if you find out that it is too stressful for you to handle, you can go to your doctor for assistance. Another way to reduce stress is to walk at the park and to change your diet.</p>

<p>Overcoming panic attacks is very much possible. The person suffering from panic attacks should not feel angry and frustrated when he faces an attack but instead try to take it as a challenge and calmly find a solution to the problem. Running away from the situation will only add to the problems as the mind will be convinced that it cannot handle the situation. The patient may also intake few deep breaths of air when he does not feel good and try to calm himself down. Once the patient learns the technique of finding solution to the problem and acting normally slowly his physical and mental health will improve leading to a healthier life.</p>

Hypertension is most commonly seen in adults. Hypertension may be of two types either essential or secondary hypertension.</p>
<p>Essential hypertension is seen in 80-90% of the patients. The most common causes of hypertension are smoking, diabetes, stress, obesity, age, excess alcohol consumption and physical inactivity. However the exact causes of hypertension lie unknown in most of the case. Hypertension can be treated based on the symptoms and causes and the most common drugs used are beta blockers, calcium channel blockers and ACE inhibitors. It is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle with good physical activity to prevent hypertension.</p>

This disorder sets in the teen years and is more common in girls. The young girls start it as innocent dieting but later progresses into self starvation. The body weight is less than 85% of what it is in normal person.</p>
<p>The causes of anorexia are many but the main cause is psychological fear of gaining weight. This is more common in the families where obesity and weight problem occur. It also occurs to the young girls who are exposed to rigid and critical environment at home and are unable to solve their problems.</p>
<p>We can spot anorexic behavior through some symptoms that include:</p>
<p>•	Extreme fear of becoming overweight or obese.<br />
•	Wants to maintain the body weight which is far below normal.<br />
•	Weird eating behavior<br />
•	Too much of preoccupation in the preparation of food.<br />
•	Dehydration and dry skin<br />
