If yes, then you have been blessed by delicate sensitive skin which is perhaps the most difficult to maintain. I say blessed because the problems can be dealt with and you could accentuate its translucent beauty just by following these simple tips:

Get rid of all the skin products that do not specify the words “gentle”, “mild” or “sensitive skin”. Cosmetics you use should be non-alcoholic and preferably aloe-based.

Never sleep with makeup on, always use a mild cleanser on cotton-wool to gently wipe off the makeup, followed by a moisturizer.

Use a mild sunscreen at least half an hour before stepping out.

Never use granular scrubs for exfoliation, they are harsh products, if required go for products with salicylic acid as an ingredient.

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily, eat a lot of fresh fruits and sleep well.

Beauty may not be skin-deep but it surely includes all of it. Take care of your skin, and see it glow with happiness!

If you are suffering with psoriasis, then do not fear as you are not the only one. There are many people who are having the same problem and feel just like you. All of you should be together, make a community and support each other. Psoriasis is a skin ailment, where you have dry and flaky skin, rashes and wounds that itch terribly. These might be embarrassing in public but that should not keep you confined to your house, you equally have a right to your enjoyment, your social life and work too.

So go out and have fun just like any other individual, but make sure to take special medical help for treating psoriasis, although it is incurable, ensure to at least try to reduce the pain of it. Go out and make sure that people are aware about it, because most people are not. People who are suffering from this also might not know that these symptoms might lead them to psoriasis. So cope with psoriasis just like you never had it.

This article will talk of five infections that one is likely to get from working out in the gym.

Wearing tight fitting when working out may cause acne Mechanica. This is cause from friction that is caused during work outs.

Blisters are also very common with those who lift weights. They may appear on your hands from the friction caused when you lift the weight or on your feet from the weight exacted.

Turf burns occur when one doesn’t use athletic padding when exercising. This is especially so when one is in constant contact with mats or carpets when they exercise.

Some gyms offer indoor tanning which can be harmful to your skin at times.

If you are constantly feeling itchy from the soles of your feet or have dry and peeling skin on the sides of your feet; that could mean that you have fungus or athlete’s foot.

For a lot of people sleeping 6-7 hours is enough, whereas others need at least 8-9 hours of sleep. For many people sleeping is like therapy that benefits you each day. Waking up after a good sleep is the perfect way to a new start and makes one alert and enthusiastic. However, there are people who along with feeling energised after a good sleep, feel really exasperated because of your facial condition because what you see in the mirror is not what you like.

It could seem very oily and shiny. This is natural if you have oily skin and is a result of the hormonal activities that happen while you sleep. To protect your skin, wash your face and use an overnight cream. This is a good option as it’ll keep your skin healthy and protect it from oily secretions.

The very word can bring the most disgusting look on your face because if you’re suffering you already know how hard you’ve been trying just the deal with Rosacea but it just won’t go away. Sure you need to wash your face and put the right creams, but you still can do better.

There’s a lot that’s been said about red food and this time too, you know who to blame. You need to cut out on spicy food as well as alcohol and reduce smoking. All of these produce heat which isn’t good for the body. Red meat can be damaging in your quest to rid Rosacea. Instead switch to lighter but wholesome and nutritional diets along with reduced alcohol consumption.

With the diet in place you need to concentrate on gentle exfoliation and not harsh scrubs as this will make it easier for the skin to absorb the treatment.
