Let’s face it, body odor can be unpleasant and it is normal for people to look for ways to keep it under control. The most commonly used form is the application of deodorant to underarms to prevent foul smells. However, many deodorants use chemicals that aren’t healthy for the human body and can seep into the bloodstream through the pores of the skin. If you want to attack body odor without using deodorant, then you should look at your diet first. Many vegetarians don’t have problems with body odor so you might want to reduce your consumption of meat, especially that of pork. If that doesn’t work or you don’t want to change your diet, then just dabbing a bit of vinegar in your underarms can do the trick. Not only is vinegar healthier, it’s usually a lot cheaper as well. Of course, if that sounds a little gross, then you can always search for a healthy, all-natural brand of deodorant
