Rh positive is present in most of people’s bodies which is a good sign but there are many times when Rh incompatibility occurs mainly during pregnancy, when there is a mismatch in the blood Rh factor of the mother and the child.

If the mother’s blood has Rh negative and the soon to be born baby is Rh positive then complications occur. The baby inherits Rh positive from the father if the father has the same. In this case there are chances that the mother’s immune system might try to produce antibodies to destroy toxic substances in the baby’s blood thus leading to complications.

However this can be prevented. Proper diagnosis of this Rh incompatibility is essential by getting regular prenatal care once the woman is pregnant. The doctor should take all blood and other related tests to check for any complications, it is easier to cure these at an early stage.

When kids develop a normal health to fight against diseases like cold and cough, it’s then that breastfeeding can be stopped or reduced.

However, you should always seek the help of a professional and let your doctor know that you are willing to practice some comfortable yoga poses during pregnancy. Even if some yoga exercises are harmless, they can be a problem for you during pregnancy, when it makes you extremely tired. There is a certain throbbing pain felt in the lower back and might just originate from the spine, muscles, nerves, or any other structures from that region. This pain may also come from the mid or upper back and other places. A certain bout of weakness in your legs or feet might also be experienced. For mothers, good food, rest, and care will solve all problems.

The possible poses recommended for a pregnant women, without complications include the balancing poses which could be done with the help of a wall or chair. Squats will help in the stretching of hips that aid in preparing the body for delivery. You can seek the support of blocks when you can’t squat without assistance.

Deep twisting poses are never allowed during pregnancy. Poses which exert pressure on the stomach including forward bends are to be avoided when doing Yoga. If you are a beginner doing Yoga, completely avoid inversion poses including headstands or shoulder stands. If you are already trained in Yoga, you can continue with such poses, provided you are comfortable in it.
