Having a companion is important for maintaining good health. Although there are more people on the earth today than any point in history, there are also more lonely people. Loneliness can lead to depression and bad habits that can negatively impact health.

It’s proven that married couples live longer and have better health than single people. Having a loved one greet you at the door when you arrive home will keep you healthier and happier.
