<p>One of the most essential forces that help in enhancing quality of life and prolonging ageing is physical activity. A healthy and fit body, with a sound mind, is the right recipe to live long. Regular exercises keep the body parts supple and movable, while improving cardio-respiratory fitness. Abstaining from smoking, drinking and doping is also a good practice, since a lot of premature aging are attributed to these addictions. Healthy diet and positive attitude de-aggravates the ageing process considerably.</p>
