<p>However, there are some home exercises too which do not require these specifications to obtain the desired build. Firstly, you have the lunges which works and tones up the major muscular region in your lower body. There are various kinds of lunges like low, lateral, forward, dynamic, static etc.</p>
<p>Squats and plies help to shape up the hamstrings, glutes, outer and inner thighs. Make them more interesting with hand weights. Step ups are quite easy and you can do it simply on your staircase.
