Panic AttackPanic attacks are sudden and arise when a person is not able to conceive a solution to a problem in the right manner. People suffering from panic attacks try to avoid socialising and take drugs for immediate cure. But drugs do not provide solution to this problem it only provides symptomatic relief such as sweating, stomach disorders etc.

Overcoming panic attacks is very much possible. The person suffering from panic attacks should not feel angry and frustrated when he faces an attack but instead try to take it as a challenge and calmly find a solution to the problem. Running away from the situation will only add to the problems as the mind will be convinced that it cannot handle the situation. The patient may also intake few deep breaths of air when he does not feel good and try to calm himself down. Once the patient learns the technique of finding solution to the problem and acting normally slowly his physical and mental health will improve leading to a healthier life.

Food, Proteins, NutritionLiving or raw food which are uncooked, unheated and are plant based available in the market such as fruits, vegetables, sprouts etc are known as raw food. These raw foods contain wide range of vitamins and minerals which have disease curing abilities. These raw foods are easy to digest and help in building healthy body cells.

Raw food diet is very effective when it comes to weight management and boosting the immunity system. It is also necessary to note that the raw food diet should be as organic as possible since chemical destroys the vitamins of the food. The dead food or the heated cooked raw food is not as good as the raw food but not harmful as well. It should be avoided only because of the fact that cooked food brings down the percentage of minerals and vitamins to fifteen percent of the original content which makes it much more inferior in terms of raw food. Moreover, the body takes much more time to digest cooked food over raw food.

What Is Laparoscopic Surgery?

Laparoscopic surgery is a modern surgical procedure in which the surgeon makes small incisions in the patient when carrying out an operation. It entails the use of a laparoscope, which is a small camera inserted in the initial small incision made in the patient’s body. The laparoscope is attached to a special light which reflects the operation zone and transmits the image on to a monitor where the surgeon refers for guidelines on how to carry out the operation. Unlike conventional open surgery where doctors make one big and long incision around the area they intend to operate, Laparoscopic surgery involves several tiny cuts which are easier to shut after surgery. It has several advantages including a shorter healing period than open surgery. This reduces the risk of infection and development of blood-clots. There is less scarring too, thanks to the tiny incisions made which helps in boosting the patient’s confidence and self-acceptance.

Asthma, Alternate Therapy, Health, Fitness,Asthma is a chronic disease, characterized by the inflammation of the airways and associated with the obstruction of variable outflow. It manifests itself in the one or more of the following symptoms: difficulty in breathing, wheezing, cough and chest tightness.

In children, the diagnosis of asthma is quite difficult because of its complex nature in the young people. It is therefore a big challenge to accurately diagnose asthma in the juniors and recent guidelines from British Thoracic Society recommended that the basis on which diagnosis is recommended be recorded and the children be investigated and managed further, with regards to the probability of asthma. In adults, wheeze is considered as synonymous to asthma but in children, there are so many causes of wheeze, and different phenotypes of wheezing are increasingly getting recognized.

There is no single confirmatory diagnostic test for asthma. The tests have to corroborate the diagnosis with changes in the function of the lung or response to treatment.
